I will be reading those, because I could sense there was a previous story there! The guys that worked with Nathalie’s husband and later with her were also great too! I didn’t know before that Corinne wrote two books about one of them, Jackson. I loved Nathalie’s own best friend also, she is so funny! And her husband is great as well. What about Liam…oh Liam!!! He was swoon worthy all the time and very supportive of Nathalie, even when it looked like his best friend wasn’t that honored men they all though so… I have to admit I didn’t like Nathalie at first, but after I got into the story, she progressively took me by surprise when she decided to really take a chance on Liam and on living again! But from the moment he starts helping Nathalie, something more starts building between the two of them. Liam has never had any feelings for Nathalie before his best friend’s death. I had the plot twist in my head since I started the book and I was glad to see I was right (on both twists)! Now I can’t wait for Conviction.Ĭonsolation is the story of Nathalie a 27 year old widow with a baby who starts to fall in love with her dead husband’s best friend and Seal’s buddy. The second half of the book is the best in my opinion. But once I got into it, I couldn’t put it down. Now I have to decide if I truly love him or if he’s just the consolation prize.Ĭonsolation is a book that started slow for me.
